JOINTING MORTAR

BMK BricksTech Jointing Mortar Adhesive is a versatile thin jointing material for joining AAC blocks, fly ash bricks, concrete blocks etc. This mortar is specially designed to provide stronger, much more durable bonding between the blocks with superior adhesive strength. It replaces conventional cement and sand mix mortar. Thinner jointing material with very high adhesion strength. Improves overall masonry strength. Premixed and ready to use. Only water is to be mixed at site. Eliminates lengthy process of site mixing, transport and storage of all individual materials. No water curing is required after application. Easy to mix. Much faster to apply due to its superior flow ability and water retention Properties.

BMK BRICKSTECH Ready Mix Mortar can be applied on:

  • Fly Ash Blocks (Aerated Autoclaved)
  • Clay Bricks Walls
  • Fly Ash Bricks Walls
  • Stone Walls

READY MIX MORTAR COATS

  • Internal
    10-15 mm single coat is recommended for internal plaster covering
  • External
    Two coats are recommended to cover the external side of walls i.e Base coat of 10- 15 mm and Finish coat of 8-10 mm to get a total thickness of around 20-22mm, further depending upon site conditions. After base coat, minimum 2 to 3 days curing must be done before application of finish coat.
